If I don’t have a PayPal account, and I want to pay with my credit card, what should I do?

Steps : Go to Checkout > Continue Checkout > tick the: PayPal Save time. Check out securely > Continue Checkout > Confirm The Order > Don’t Have A PayPal Account? > (fill in the information) Review and Continue [SETTLE]

What happens if I am not home when my parcel is delivered?

Gpharmacys.com has partnered with  Post Office Of Malaysia (P.O.M.) for the delivery of your order. If you are not at your delivery address when P.O.M. attempts delivery, you will receive a notice advising you of the attempted delivery. P.O.M. will keep the parcel for you at the nearest  Post Office until you can pick it up. Delivery to PO Boxes are not acceptable. You may also like to consider using your work address for the delivery of your order. International delivery processes will depend on your country’s postal system.

I’ve changed my mind, how do I cancel my order?

Please contact us right away. As we process orders promptly, your order may have already been sent. If your order has already been sent, you can post it back to us unopened and in original condition for a full refund (less postage costs and 25 % re -stocking fee). Please refer to our Returns and Refund Policy for further information. 

I am looking for a particular product, but do not see it on your product catalog, can you still help me get it?

Yes. The products on our website are only what is in our normal range. We are happy to source other products for you, please email us at gpharmacys@hotmail.com and let us know what you are looking for. 

Is it safe to use a credit card on your site?

Yes, we are a secure site and use the latest encryption technologies to protect your personal and credit card details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.

Why are Pharmacy Online's prices so much cheaper than retail pharmacies?

Our business model is based on high turnover and low margins, which enables us to deliver lower prices than a suburban retail pharmacy. As our turnover is higher we can negotiate lower prices from our suppliers which we are able to pass on to you.

What happens if an item I order is not in stock?

Occasionally products may be out of stock after you have placed your order. We will contact you by phone or email to seek your instructions – either to cancel the product, wait for the product to come back into stock or provide an alternative product.

How do I edit or change my order?

 If you would like to add to or change your order please contact us as soon as possible.

Is free delivery applicable to oversea purchases?

No, Only purchases within Malaysia is eligible for free delivery. 



Terms and Conditions

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

We will provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all parcels. While we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only. We have aligned ourselves with courier partners who we believe will always do their best to deliver products by the estimated delivery date.

All 'Free delivery' items are only applicable to Malaysia only. There is a shipping charge applied even though the items are marked as "free delivery" when the purchase is from out of Malaysia.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform GPharmacys.com if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not ship a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be delivered according to our discretion.

As a guide only, our couriers attempt to deliver to business addresses between 9am and 5pm, and to home addresses up until 6pm. Unfortunately, we are unable give a guaranteed time of delivery.

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery.

Policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You or the recipient of an order may return an item that has been purchased from GPharmacys because you have changed your mind or any other reasons provided that you pay the 25 % re-stocking fee.

Please keep the appropriate proof of return. Otherwise, if the returned item goes missing in transit to us, we will deem you not to have returned the item.

It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit.

These conditions apply :

1. You must inform Gpharmacys. at info@gpharmacys.com for return of products to get return authorization number.

2. You must inform Gpharmacys within 3 days after you received the products.

3. The product must be Unused, unopened and in original condition

4. Undamaged

5. Returned within 7 working days of delivery

6. In a saleable condition upon return

In the event of a return by you or the recipient of a gift, we will exchange or refund in the form of a full refund minus 25% re-stocking fee . However, you will pay the delivery costs of the return to GPharmacys and re-delivery to you. We will not refund initial delivery, wrapping and other fees.

Products that were purchased in conjunction with a promotion and were subsequently delivered with a Free Gift, must be returned with that Free Gift to receive a full refund for the original item purchased. If the original item is returned without the Free Gift, the value of the gift will be charged to the purchaser via the original payment method.

GOODS DAMAGED OR FAULTY ON DELIVERY

Except where required by law, you must return damaged goods within 7 working days of receipt. If a product is later deemed to be faulty, normal warranty conditions for that product apply. It is the recipients responsibility to incur all costs and to follow warranty instructions as stated on the product warranty card as specified by the manufacturer.

In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will refund the original product price, delivery, wrapping and other fees via the original method of payment. Alternatively, if you request a replacement, we will deliver your replacement item (subject to availability) once we receive the return, at our cost.

Please note that all products that are found to be non-defective will incur the delivery costs of returning the item to GPharmacys.
