Consult Instruction For Use:

1. Remove the protective
blister tab.

2. Engage straightly and
screw to the right side.

3. Remove and save the
outer protective cap.

4. Remove the inner
protective cap.

5. Pierce the skin and
inject the insulin according to your physiclan’s instruction.

6. Replace the outer
protective cap, unscrew and safety dispose of the used needle.

Warning:

1. To prevent infection, if
the protective blister paper is broken, do not use the needle. Use the needle
only with insulin pen.

2. Meke sure injecting your
insulin correctly. Check the flow on insulin according to the instructions for
your insulin pen.

3. One the needle has
broken the skin surface, do not change the angle of the insulin pen. It may
cause the needle to bend or break off.
