Efalex® contains DHA & AA from DHA-rich fish oil and GLA from evening primrose oil. The added vitamin E and thyme oil serve to prevent the oxidation of the essential lipids, which is necessary for preserving the quality of the fatty acids.

Supplementation with Efalex® is a natural help for people who are deficient in AA, DHA and GLA.

Dosage

Adult and Children (6-12 yrs):Take FOUR capsules each in the morning and evening with food for up to 12 weeks after which the dosage can be reduced to FOUR capsules daily for maintenance.

Children (2-5 yrs): Take TWO capsules each in the morning and evening with food for up to 12 weeks after which the dosage can be reduced to TWO capsules daily for maintenance.

成人及小孩（6-12岁）：餐后四粒胶囊，早晚一次为期十二个星期，然后剂量可减至每天四粒胶囊为保健。

小孩（2-5岁）：餐后两粒胶囊，早晚一次为期十二个星期，然后剂量可减至每天两粒胶囊为保健。
